While Todd Ticket works to juggle school, work, and international crime fighting he soon comes to realize that he is not only surrounded by heroes of circumstance, but by others who do not even realize what they are... or are not. These individuals are soon forced to make a stand in a world that not only misjudges them but also underestimates them.
All children affected by the drug ‘Prowl’ birth defect gain their ‘abilities’ from their most prominent natural talent/emotional feature-it amplifies their strengths in odd and unique ways. All need skills to enhance/support their abilities and setbacks for weaknesses and setbacks for weaknesses.
Old enemies resurface as terrible new threats and the mayor moves to create new laws for the safety and protection of others: the banishment of life itself! And the secret behind these powerful changes are the horrible beginnings of one of Cycle City's most powerful crime lords!

Shell Shock
Capable of creating an energy sphere around him that generates speed and power, enough to create explosive blasts to ram cars off of the road or smash through solid, concrete walls.
Firebrand
Marque
Has the ability to rotate, affect, change, and alter patterns across her skin. Unfortunately, for the moment the only colors she can create are black and white (because they are the easiest). Not black, like dark skin, but BLACK. And not white, like Caucasian, but WHITE. The patterns are often triggered by her emotions. Sometimes, if she is in deep thought or angry she looks like a checkerboard.
In time she’ll learn to adapt her skin to include other colors as well and eventually be able to camouflage herself to blend in with her surroundings. |
The Machinist
Nexus’ Nemesis/Good guy
Has a natural M.A. (mental affinity) towards machines. He can think of what it would take to make a machine and feel the natural flow of energy necessary to make the device. He created Ringtail's robotic tail and hooks up with Hottie Rod and her team. He stays with her with his hydrolift robot assistant. |
Stealth & Strength
2 person Mercenary team
Raven Weave
REAL NAME: Wendy Ravencroft
Various weapons, including marksmanship and swordplay. Also martial arts expert in ninjistu. Her black, body-length hair is all woven together like fabric to create what appears to be a long, black, cape. In time she’ll learn to customize it to suit her needs (i.e. wings, clever outfit, etc.) It is also super strong and can be used to create types of armor. Also can make ropes, shields, helmets, etc. Often times like to adapt her ‘hair’ to create a hood around her face. Also likes to attach her ‘hair’ to her shoulders so that it doesn’t pull her head. Often needs to get a ‘cape-cut’ so that it doesn’t get too long. She is the stealth and brains of the operation. Mute Brute
Anti-kinetic
Shows physical difference characteristics-but also has a power! Large, large, large. However, his powers are based on anti-kinetics: no moving power or ability (including energy) can hurt him, giving him the illusion that he is indestructible. |
Locke, Stock, & Barrel
Triple Trouble-Mercenary espionage
experts that are rivals/ competitors to Stealth and Strength. A team of 3 women with “Prowl” drug natural abilities and augmented Superior Johnston abilities.
They are often hired by Lyonell’s Laboratories to spy on their competitors and steal their new technology. Locke
In charge of “Acquisition” – she can see through objects with X-ray vision… and then manipulate what she sees with a minor, short range telekinesis. This includes objects, safes, security systems, weapons… and living targets (people and animals, like guard dogs.) The X-ray vision came from Superior.
Stock
Drop Dead - In charge of “Transportation” – she can reverse her own gravity’s polarity to allow her to walk on walls, the ceiling, or any surface. This also allows her to fall – literally – in any direction. This can be used to get around or as an attack.
Barrel
In charge of “Protection” – she can attack a target with mental martial arts: a series of telekinesis punches that feel like fists. She can also fire energy rounds from each arm. The energy rounds came from Superior.

Feed Bag
Black hole gut
Greedy, with a voracious appetite for anything! Can bite through any solid object and has the gut of a black hole. Capable of sucking in and eating anything for fuel or energy… period! Has a black-hole type stomach that converts everything he eats into energy for fuel. |
Punchline
Martial arts expert.
Has the ability to drain energy from his opponent's by contact, so he provokes his opponents to get them to fight him. |
Seismic Assault
|
Able to manipulate the ground/earth around him to open up, create earthquakes, shields, animated figures, or weapons.

Triage
Organ harvester & super villain
Power/organ stealing and applying character. Steals and sells birth defect “Prowlers” body parts to others, including Superior Johnston, Dr. Frank, Ekstein, and Armada, whatever he doesn’t use himself. His body suit is based off of the body; blue & red nerve-cape meant to mimic blood vessels, red body suit, and triangle mask/chestplate, and belt buckle. Mask mimics brain (1), chest plate mimics heart/lungs (2), and belt buckle mimics tissues (3). Tri = 3 |
Armada
Super villain.
CURRENT POWERS: telekinesis, energy and metallic armor, energy/mental blasts, and regenerative abilities. Originally stole powers from others by touch. Took advantage of those that didn’t want theirs… then killed them! The most powerful badguy in the Power Prowler world. His original power was to permanently sap and steal powers from others. He typically kills the people he takes the powers from. He succeeded in stealing powers from a person who was able to create copies of himself (and believed he successfully killed, but failed). He also managed to steal Shrapnel’s skin/body armor from him. He now can literally create his own armored army, littered with a handful of various powers. Wants to rule the world – and has the power to do it. Setback: Every time he creates a new ‘him’ it weakens him. So, when one of his armies is destroyed, it takes him a long time to recuperate and reorganize. |
